What It Means to Be a Low-Performing E-Hailing Driv

Being a low-performing driver is not about having one bad day or one difficult week. It becomes a problem when a driver consistently fails to meet reasonable targets, works insufficient hours, manages fuel poorly, takes unnecessary days off, or does not communicate when there are problems.

What It Means to Be a Low-Performing Driver

A low-performing e-hailing driver is not simply someone who has one bad day. It is a driver who consistently fails to reach reasonable daily or weekly targets without a valid reason.

Low performance can include starting work late, working too few hours, taking unnecessary days off, wasting fuel by driving without a plan, ignoring busy periods, not taking care of the vehicle, or repeatedly falling behind on targets.

When a driver consistently underperforms, it affects more than just the driver. The vehicle owner may not receive the expected income, vehicle expenses still need to be paid, and the fleet becomes difficult to manage.

Good performance requires discipline, consistency, communication and responsibility.

One bad week can happen. Consistent poor performance is the problem.
